Jasrita brings a unique combination of scientific precision, legal analysis and courtroom experience to the Perrella Legal team.

With a background in science and a Juris Doctor, Jasrita approaches each brief with care, discipline and attention to detail. She developed her foundational legal skills while completing her legal training as a clerk at Francis Burt Chambers, where she gained valuable insight from some of Western Australia’s leading barristers.

Before practising in metropolitan Perth, Jasrita lived and worked as a criminal defence lawyer in regional Western Australia. That experience shaped her into a resilient, adaptable and practical advocate who is able to connect authentically with people from all walks of life, often during some of the most stressful and difficult moments of their lives.

Jasrita chose to practise in criminal defence because of her deep commitment to fairness and true justice. She understands that many people facing the criminal justice system feel overwhelmed, unheard or powerless. Jasrita sees her role as being a strong and steady voice for those clients, ensuring their position is properly understood and their interests are firmly advanced.
